The Process

We understand that onboarding any new service provider isn’t easy.

Over the years, we have streamlined our onboarding process down to a few easy steps.

Our easy mobilisation process ensures that we deliver a great service.

1. The Site Visit

It sounds grand, but it’s just our opportunity to meet you and understand your operation.

We treat this as a “no obligation” visit.

That’s because we know that business relationships are hard to start well. We want to keep this initial visit deliberately low key for both parties.

However, we are always fully prepared to meet with you. We use capture sheets and questionnaires to ensure that we go away with enough information to work on a proposal that’s perfect for you. And don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have every answer to hand.

2. Formal Proposal

All going well if meeting with us has gone well, we can move to produce a formal proposal.

This work all sits with us, and we’ll make sure that we present a few critical items such as timelines, costings, service models, shift patterns and anything else you need to make a decision.

3. Contracting

Even if our proposal is perfect, we know that any organisation will have a few more boxes to tick before we can get staff on the ground. We are very experienced in producing and dealing with contracts, and we will work hard to make sure this process is as straightforward and comfortable as possible for both parties.

4. Mobilisation Planning

Once contracts are in place, we’ll produce with you a mobilisation plan. It’ll detail exactly how we will roll out the service for you. It’s bespoke to every contract but often consists of some of these headings:

  • Staff Training

  • Recruitment

  • Onboarding

  • Assignment Instruction Writing

  • Standard Operating Procedure Writing

The plan gives you the confidence that we have a process and timeline to work to that you are happy with.

5. Mobilisation

Once we’re ready, we will roll out the service for you.

The pre-work and planning will ensure that this process is seamless and we can hit the ground running.

Rolling out any new contact is exciting for anyone involved, and we will be right there with you to make it happen.

Building an On-Going Relationship

Once the service is up and running, we know that the hard work has only just begun.

You can expect us to be reviewing the service with you regularly to ensure that it is always improving and we are consistently delivering on what we promise.
